We are a small group operating in Nuwara Eliya and Kurunegala. Every venture here is one we run ourselves, which means the person who builds something usually stays with it after it launches. There is no layer between the people doing the work and the people answerable for it.
Each venture hires for itself and publishes its own openings. That keeps the listing next to the people you would actually work with, and it means a role you see is a role that is really open.
